| Serving his second term in the North Carolina General Assembly, Bob Atwater represents the 18th District, which includes Lee, Chatham and a portion of Durham counties.
He is a co-chair of the Committee on Mental Health/Youth Services and is a member of Senate committees dealing with base budget appropriations, agriculture, the environment, finance, health care, the judiciary, pensions, retirement and aging.
