LEE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
TO APPEAR ON 'CAROLINA BUSINESS REVIEW'

SANFORD -- Bob Heuts, director of the Lee County Economic Development Corp., is scheduled to appear as a panelist on this week's edition of "Carolina Business Review."

"Carolina Business Review" is the longest running and most widely watched syndicated program on business and industry in the Carolinas. Hosted by Chris William, the weekly television show reviews recent business news and analyzes economic trends.

Also scheduled to appear are special guest Chris Browning, president of Darlington (S.C.) Raceway, and panelist Matt Kennell, president and CEO of Center City Columbia (S.C.).

Guest host for this week's edition is Sharon Decker, founder and principal of The Tapestry Group, a faith-based, nonprofit organization based in Rutherfordton.

"Carolina Business Review" is scheduled for taping on Friday afternoon. The program airs locally on WUNC-TV on Sundays at 12:30 p.m. and Tuesdays at 1:30 a.m.

The Lee County Economic Development Corp. is a nonprofit organization established to attract industry, enhance job opportunities and promote sound planning across Lee County. Funding is provided by the county, as well as the City of Sanford and Town of Broadway, the county's two municipalities.
